Patient Participation Group
We want to ensure that our patients are involved in the decisions made by the Practice surrounding the range and quality of the services available to you.
In order to permit this, we have now set up a Patient Participation Group(PPG). To get involved please contact Lucy Jackson at Moredon Surgery
The PPG is there to advise the Practice on patients’ views regarding the development of the Practice and allow the Practice to consider patients views when reviewing and expanding services.
Being involved in this group may involve attending meetings and giving ideas and feedback to the Practice, we welcome enquiries from patients who would like to join our patient group. Please contact reception for further information.
Virtual Patient Participation Group (PPG)
We invite all of our patients to join our virtual PPG.
From time to time we will email you with a question or a survey which we would very much like your opinion on.
If you would like to join our VPPG, simply complete this form, HERE.
Once we have received your form you will then be included in the next survey.
If at anytime you no longer want to be part of the Virtual PPG, simply contact your local surgery and you will be removed from our contacts list.
