If you have been off sick for 7 calendar days or less, you can self-certify your absence. You do not need a fit note from the practice.
If your illness affects your ability to work for more than 7 days, or you need an existing fit note extended, request a fit note through SystmConnect. Select Admin request, then Fit note.
A clinician will review your request and contact you if they need more information.
