Westrop Medical Practice offer a new enhanced service to patients which allows patients to receive a video consultation on the go. Livi are able to see a wide range of medical problems such as:

- Diarrhoea and/or vomiting
- Erectile Dysfunction
- Eye inflamation
- Fevers
- Headaches
- Indigestion

- Insomnia
- Nail problems
- Sinus infections
- Sore throat
- Stomach pain
- Urinary tract infections
- Other health questions

Once you have downloaded the app, you will need to supply information so that they can find your medical records. You will also need to confirm your GP surgery, it is important to note you must select the correct surgery otherwise you may not be able to make an appointment. Booking appointments through Livi are free of charge for Westrop Medical Practice patients and appointments are available throughout the week Monday-Saturday. You will require a webcam on your mobile device in order to accept the video consultation.
